- Answering phone calls and organising appointments for visitors, changing or cancelling appointments as necessary, responding to email requests for appointment bookings/changes, and helping match customers to their best Managing customer experience issues and reacting to online reviews for the GM is the responsibility of the stylist for online reputation. Requirements: Working at a hair or beauty salon in the past Being proficient in Microsoft Office Strong work ethic, professionalism, courtesies, and patience. Excellent writing and communication abilities. the ability to work on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 am to 7 pm Eastern Time. Knowledge of Phorest Salon software or a similar programme is advantageous.
