The PMA Long Course 149 online registration advertisement for the Pakistan Army Regular Committee has been announced, which provides opportunities for male intermediate/bachelor pass/active military personnel. After PMA long-term course 149 is registered online, the selected individual will arrive at the Pakistan Military Academy for a two-year training period. During the training, each candidate will experience a different learning process. They must learn the latest war tactics, hand-to-hand combat skills, war survival, weapon assembly, etc. In short, we can say that the Pakistan Military Academy is a human war machine developed. This is the result of PMA's hard work. We have the best army in the world.

2. Interested candidates are requested to apply through the official website at https://www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk/
3. The candidates CAN register by visiting the nearest AS&RCs (Army Selection and Recruitment Centers) located in every major city of Pakistan.
4. AS&RCs are present in  Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, DI Khan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Muzaffarabad, Mandi Bahauddin.
5. Applications are accepted only from Nov 06, 2021.

PMA Long Course 149 Selection Criteria:

1. Preliminary Tests will start from Dec 2021 to Jan 2022.
2. In the selection procedure, every applicant has passed the first Written / Intelligence. Tests based on multiple-choice questions from English, Maths, Pak Studies, Islamiat, and General Knowledge.
3. After Written / Intelligence Tests qualified applicants will undergo Physical/medical tests.
4. During the Physical Test, candidates have to pass the following tasks given below.
5. 1.6 Km Running a task in 8 minutes.
6. Push-Ups 15 repetitions in 2 minutes.
7. Sit Ups 20 repetitions in 2 minutes.
8. Chin Ups 3 repetitions in 2 minutes.
9. Ditch Crossing through 7’.4” x 7’.4” and 4’ deep.
10. Successful candidates from the Physical test will be interviewed at AS&RC and after the interview, only shortlisted candidates will appear for the ISSB test.
