Responsibilities on Duty:
- To ensure that the customer has access to fresh products, properly stock shelves and rotate inventory. Create brilliantly merchandised displays by adhering to merchandising planograms.
- Maintains the security and confidentiality of documents and data within the area of responsibility, organizes new inventory, removes and breaks down empty boxes, operates machinery while adhering to all safety precautions, collaborates with team members, and performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- To work in this position at ALDI, you must be at least 18 years old.
- Offers pleasant and timely client service
- Knowledge of the company's goods and services
- Capability to safely and correctly operate equipment, such as an electric/manual hand jack, a floor scrubber, and a cardboard baler
- Capability to carry out general cleaning tasks in accordance with company standards Capability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Effective time management
